Firstly I should say it’s on my Mrs PC and she’s currently away with the machine atm so I’m trying to troubleshoot remotely. 1 SSD and 4 HDDs were removed from a perfectly working W10 computer on Friday. Oct 20, 2017 · After uninstalling the last update I could not even get back into the computer. It would crash at boot up. Tried getting into safe mode but would not boot to that point without crashing. Ended up re-formatting my hard drive and doing a factory reinstall of windows 10. After going through the set up everything, it automatically updated. Hi, I have MS software (online/current version of Word, Excel and Outlook). Recently, there was an update of all this MS software, and ever since I am not able to use my print-to-pdf or save-to-pdf
