Or Kimberly becoming Kimmy, when the short version is kim. Or Elizabeth becoming Lizzie instead of the short versions Liz or Beth. I created one on Robert Half, and the next day, I received an email, a phone call and a text message from 2 recruiters of Robert Half. I reached out to one of them and scheduled an interview with the recruiter today. Tbh, it was more like a meeting than an interview.
